Tyler Walters, Dean and Professor at the University Libraries, writes “While we are at the beginning stages of our visioning and implementation process, we are committed to developing a Hydra/Fedora based infrastructure. We will leverage the flexibility offered by Hydra/Fedora as we embark on an initiative to develop a scalable and sustainable infrastructure for our locally generated digital content.  We envision using Hydra heads over digital objects managed in a Fedora repository for several of our digital services, including digital collections, data management and institutional repository services.”
